Crystal Davis Weese is an accomplished educator and certified career coach at Cypress High School. As a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Crystal understands the challenges of balancing career, home, community, and family responsibilities.

She provides students and community members with the necessary tools, strategies, and support to drive meaningful change in their lives and the community. Crystal is a highly respected and influential figure in both the community and the workplace.

Currently, she chairs the Richland County Youth Substance Abuse Coalition and serves on the Richland County Transit Board. Her previous roles include serving on the Workforce Committee of the Richland County Taskforce on Racism, chairing the Richland County Re-entry Coalition, and holding a board membership position at the Mansfield Art Center. Crystal is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
